Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Founders Lawn Care LLC website at https://www.founderslawncare.com and any services we provide. By requesting service, submitting a form, or using this website, you agree to these terms in full.

Services

Founders Lawn Care LLC provides residential lawn care services in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Holly Hill, Florida. Services include lawn mowing and edging, fertilization, landscape maintenance, mulch installation, sod installation, and full maintenance plans.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service to any property at our discretion, including properties outside our service area, properties presenting safety concerns, or properties whose actual conditions differ materially from what was represented when the quote was given.

Quotes and Pricing

Instant quotes generated on this website are estimates based on the information you provide. Founders Lawn Care LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing or decline service if the actual property dimensions, conditions, or characteristics differ materially from what was represented.

Any pricing adjustment will be communicated and confirmed with you before work begins. We will never start work or charge you without your prior agreement on the final price.

Lawns that have not been maintained recently may require an additional one-time first cut fee of $60 to $150 for properties up to 20,000 square feet. The exact amount is assessed on site and confirmed with you before any work begins. Larger properties require an onsite visit.

Billing and Payment

Recurring lawn care services are billed monthly. A valid credit or debit card must be on file before service begins, and your card will be charged automatically each month.

Monthly pricing is a flat rate and remains the same every month of the year, including winter months when service frequency is reduced to biweekly. By providing your payment information you authorise Founders Lawn Care LLCto charge your card the agreed monthly rate on a recurring basis until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of service.

Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at office@founderslawncare.com or 321-348-7974 before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer.

All disputed charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in termination of service.

Cancellation

Founders Lawn Care LLC does not require a long-term contract. You may cancel service at any time by contacting us at office@founderslawncare.com or 321-348-7974.

To avoid being charged for the following month, submit your cancellation before your next billing cycle begins. Cancellations received after billing has processed take effect the following month.

Weather and Rescheduling

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather. If a scheduled visit is missed because of weather, we perform a makeup visit at no additional charge. We make reasonable efforts to notify you of schedule changes.

Property Access

By scheduling service you grant Founders Lawn Care LLC permission to access your property to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access on scheduled service days.

Please secure pets and clear obstacles before your service. Our equipment requires a minimum 52-inch gate opening to access a gated backyard. We are not responsible for damage caused by hazards or obstacles not disclosed before service.

Limitation of Liability

Founders Lawn Care LLC is insured and takes reasonable care while on your property. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by unmarked underground obstacles or irrigation, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a revised date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
